We work with each resident to develop a Personalized Wellness Plan that supports their individual needs and goals. We offer on-going wellness counselling and support. Our programming is designed to enhance quality of life by promoting physical, cognitive, social, and emotional wellness.
Eating well is important at every age to support positive mental and physical health. Our fresh, seasonal menu is thoughtfully prepared every day by our trained culinary team under the guidance of Chef Maurizio. Every resident receives a customized meal plan in consultation with our onsite dietitian, and diets are consistently monitored for optimum nutrition and health. Our dietician-developed meal plans ensure energy, nutrition, and well-being amongst residents, and can accommodate individual dietary requirements such as gluten-free, celiac, and diabetic.
Keeping active is key to a strong body and a healthy mind. Our full-time recreation coordinator encourages all residents to feel their very best through daily recreational activities. Whether you prefer to participate on your own or as part of a group, there’s always something happening at the Residence. Enjoy movement / yoga classes, organized activities and games, or strolls along a nearby walking trail.
